Our skilled craftsmen can reproduce virtually any logo or image from camera-ready artwork or photography cast in bronze, brass or aluminum. Whether your needs are architectural, identification, recognition or awards signage, we have the ability and experience to do the job right.

A custom emblem or logo can be added to your plaque in two different ways: One method the emblem/logo is made as part of the plaque. Detail is somewhat limited by the manufacturing process. The other method is to have the emblem/logo etched on a separate piece of metal and then attached to the plaque. This process has nearly no detail restrictions.

Cast Military Seals & Plaques

Official armed forces insignia are manufactured in solid bronze or aluminum and finished with four blind mount screw holes. Each seal is available in 18", 24", 30" & 36" diameters. Screws included with purchase. Choose from Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines or Coast Guard. Contact us for more information.

Pictograms are available in cast bronze or aluminum with background color, finish, letterstyle, and stroke width selected to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Custom sizes and designs are also available.

We offer a broad selection of highly attractive, individually produced cast nameplates for desk and door. Choose one from our standard line, or customize with your logo or other graphics. Our skilled craftsmen can reproduce virtually any image from camera-ready artwork or photography.

Materials

Satin Finish	PRIME BRONZE (220 Commercial) is used for bronze plaques. This alloy is lead and mercury free. Plaque faces are stroke-sanded with baked enamel backrounds before being clear-coated and oven-baked with a two part hardened acrylic polyurethane.	Polished Finish
Satin Finish	PRIME BRASS (C46400) is used for brass plaques. Plaque faces are stroke-sanded with baked enamel backgrounds before being clear-coated and oven-baked with a two part hardened acrylic polyurethane.	Polished Finish
Satin Finish	PRIME ALUMINUM (#5052) is used for aluminum plaques. Plaque faces are stroke-sanded with baked enamel backgrounds before being clear-coated and oven-baked with a two part hardened acrylic polyurethane.	Polished Finish

NOTE: All patinas, by their very nature, will vary from plaque to plaque and order to order and will change over time.

Patina finishes may "bleed" onto the installation surface when installed outside.

Plaque Edges and Mounting

Rosettes with solid centers (no visible screws) and Star Rosettes are available in the same sizes as the ones pictured above.

Specify one of the border styles above for your custom cast plaque.

Type A Blind Mounting	Type B Solid Wall Mounting	Type C Hollow Wall Mounting
Threaded rods screwed into back of plaque and placed into cement filled holes.	Machine screws going through optional rosettes into cement filled holes.	Installation using toggle bolts with optional rosettes for hollow or drywall mount.
Type D Wood Mounting	Type E Garden Stake	Type F Square Post Mounting
Installation into wood surfaces using wood screws and optional rosettes.	Machine screws going through 3/8" thick black anodized stakes into back of plaque. Maximum plaque size is 12" x 8" for 1 stake or 20" x 8" for 2 stakes.	Black enamel-coated steel square posts attach to the back of the plaque with machine screws. Plaque can be mounted at a 90° or a 45° angle.

Popular fonts for cast plaques - over 150 standard letter styles are available as well as custom fonts.
